Boatlabs AS, a pioneering advisory and consultancy firm, provides a comprehensive range of services tailored to the maritime, renewable energy, and offshore oil and gas industries. Our expertise spans technical and operational support, newbuilds, upgrades, modifications, testing and verification, FMEA and DP trials, compliance, and global advisory and consultancy services.
As part of our company, you’ll work with our in-house, cutting-edge digital tools, including BL4SEA, BLISEA, BLSTORM, and BL-VDOC, as well as other systems under development. To meet the demands of our expanding client base, we are building our team in Ålesund, Bergen, Haugesund, and Stavanger/Sandnes.

Your professional profile
We are seeking candidates with a strong understanding or the ability to develop insights into technical and electrical systems, including control systems used in dynamic positioning. Prior experience in design and development, commissioning, operation, or maintenance is preferred.
While a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree is an advantage, we highly value practical experience and personal qualities that can compensate for formal education. Familiarity with class regulations and industry standards is a plus, but recent graduates with the right attitude and personal attributes are also encouraged to apply.
