Who are we?

Boatlabs AS is a specialized consultancy company in the Maritime and Energy, Renewable and Oil and Gas Sector with a client range including ship owners, ship yards, oil companies, offshore operators and equipment suppliers.

The company is an established provider of FMEAs and Annual DP Trials, and also offers consultancy on construction vessel topside equipment such as pipe- and cable lay equipment, cranes, tower, gangways, deck layouts and special knowledge in system integration for Wind Installation and Wind Service Units.

Additional services are newbuilding and conversion consultancy, project management, marine design, CMID, OVID inspections, and a number of other specialized services like BLSTORM Tailored solutions for Storm test of TCP/IP networks.

Safe Network Verification

BLSTORM is a specialized device designed for conducting Network Storm Tests in compliance with IMCA M259 standards and DNV-RU-SHIP Pt.4 Ch.9 3.3. It eliminates the requirement for multiple OEM service engineers to be present onboard to test their individual systems.
